The house was stripped down to the shell and rebuilt from within. Whilst this property didn’t require being overly extended, we wanted to deliver everything down to the fine detailing at the highest standards. beautiful baths and basins, bespoke paint colours, a hand built kitchen and bespoke joinery throughout provided a distinguished yet understated result.

The property is a terrace house located on a popular residential road in Kensal Rise.
The project brief was to extend the ground floor to the maximum of a 6 meters depth to the garden and to refurbish the house providing a new stylish modern look, while improving the function of each room.
The 6 meters rear extension addition allowed including a generous kitchen/dining seating area. The new kitchen combines a vintage look with a modern touch, vibe continued throughout the whole house.The rear glazing, provided by Smart System heritage seeks to offer a crittall look while using modern materials, which are more efficient.All the joineries were executed by Kudos design & build.
